1. STANDARD RETURN POLICY

1.1 Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, unworn, and with all original tags attached
  • Items must be in the original packaging, which must be intact and undamaged
  • Proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or gift receipt) is required for all returns

1.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products
  • Personal care items (for health and hygiene reasons)
  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence

2. SPECIAL RETURN POLICY FOR BLING JACKETS

2.1 Limited Return Window

  • Bling Jackets must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date
  • All other standard return conditions apply (original condition, tags, packaging, etc.)
  • After the 7-day period, Bling Jackets cannot be returned or exchanged

3. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

3.1 Online Purchases

  1. Log in to your account on our website
  2. Navigate to your order history
  3. Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return
  4. Follow the prompts to complete the return request
  5. Print the return shipping label (if provided)

3.2 In-Store Purchases

  1. Visit any Courageous Heart Investments retail location
  2. Bring the item(s) you wish to return, along with your proof of purchase
  3. Speak with a customer service representative to process your return

4. RETURN SHIPPING

4.1 Return Shipping Options

  • You may use the prepaid return shipping label provided in your order (if applicable)
  • You may return items to any Courageous Heart Investments retail location
  • You may arrange your own return shipping using a carrier of your choice

4.2 Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error
  • If an item is defective, damaged during shipping, or if we sent you an incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs
  • If you use our prepaid return shipping label, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount

5. REFUND PROCESS

5.1 Refund Method

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
  • If the original payment method is no longer available, we will issue a store credit
  • Gift returns without a receipt will be refunded as a store credit at the current selling price

5.2 Refund Timeline

  • Returns are typically processed within 3-5 business days after we receive the returned item(s)
  • Refunds to credit/debit cards may take an additional 2-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution
  • Store credits and gift cards are issued immediately upon processing the return

6. EXCHANGES

6.1 Exchange Process

  • Exchanges can be processed in-store or online
  • For online exchanges, follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item(s)
  • If the exchange is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover any price difference and shipping costs

7. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

7.1 Process for Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery
  • Take photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • Our customer service team will guide you through the return process for damaged or defective items
  • Damaged or defective items may be eligible for a refund, exchange, or repair at our discretion

8. SEASONAL AND PROMOTIONAL ITEMS

8.1 Special Conditions

  • Seasonal or promotional items may have different return conditions, which will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase
  • Sale items are subject to the same return policy as regularly priced items unless otherwise noted

9. RIGHT TO REFUSE RETURNS

Courageous Heart Investments reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy, including but not limited to:

  • Returns without proof of purchase
  • Returns beyond the specified return window
  • Items showing signs of wear, use, or alteration
  • Incomplete items (missing parts, accessories, etc.)
  • Non-returnable items as specified in section 1.2
